Preparation
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with peanut sauce until well coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and keep the others covered.
- Place a portion of the coated chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Top the chicken with fresh mixed veggies and sprinkle cilantro if using.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas, then slice the wraps in half and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
Use warm shredded chicken so the sauce coats evenly, and thinly slice veggies to keep the wrap from becoming too bulky. Store wraps tightly wrapped to maintain shape.
