  • In a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut layer, spreading it evenly across the surface.
  • Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set firmly.
  • Once set, remove the bars from the dish and cut into squares or rectangles before serving.

Notes
