- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and the cornstarch slurry.
- Pour this mixture into the skillet and stir to coat everything evenly.
- Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings beautifully to the turkey and vegetables.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
