Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 1 minute to bloom the flavors.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot.
  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and the cornstarch slurry.
  7. Pour this mixture into the skillet and stir to coat everything evenly.
  8. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings beautifully to the turkey and vegetables.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
