  • Slice roasted jalapenos into uniform rings to ensure consistent heat distribution.
  • Soften the cream cheese slightly to make spreading smooth and to speed up melting inside the sandwich.

Assembly

  • Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread in an even, thin layer for optimal balance.
  • Layer roasted jalapeno slices on top of one slice of bread for even heating.
  • Place two slices of cheddar or American cheese over the jalapenos.

Cooking
