Raw Mango Mocktail

Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 cup raw mango (kachcha aam), peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups water
Flavor & Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2–3 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • just a pinch salt
Finishing & Garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the chopped raw mango, 2 cups water, 2–3 tablespoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon lime juice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mango through a fine mesh strainer into a glass to remove pulp for a silky finish.
  4. Stir in a pinch of salt to taste to brighten and balance the flavors.
  5. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Taste and adjust sugar according to the tartness of the mango. Chill ingredients for an icy drink, and consider making ahead for best texture.
