Preparation

  • In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
