  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Agave (optional) Add for extra sweetness if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional) Add for added nutrition.

Preparation

  • Add the pineapple, banana, coconut milk or yogurt, ice, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If desired, add chia seeds and blend for a few more seconds.
