- Place the pear halves cut side down in the caramel and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the pears, tucking the edges into the skillet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
