  • Fresh basil for garnish

Sauce & Liquid

  • 1 cup heavy cream For a lighter sauce, use half-and-half.
  • 1 cup vegetable broth Add more if the sauce is too thick.

Spices & Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings

  • Parmesan cheese for serving Freshly grated for best flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, heavy cream, vegetable broth, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
