  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter Use a plant-based butter substitute for dairy-free.

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in crushed graham crackers and vanilla extract until evenly mixed.
  • Melt chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave or double boiler until smooth, stirring to combine.
  • Line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners, then spoon a small amount of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
  • Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate base in each liner.
  • Cover each cup with more melted chocolate until the liners are full and smooth.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set, then enjoy your delicious no-bake dessert cups!

Notes

Chill time is key: allow at least 30 minutes so cups set firmly. Store in a sealed container in the fridge to maintain texture and freshness.
