- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers and vanilla extract until evenly mixed.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave or double boiler until smooth, stirring to combine.
- Line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners, then spoon a small amount of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate base in each liner.
- Cover each cup with more melted chocolate until the liners are full and smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set, then enjoy your delicious no-bake dessert cups!
