Ingredients

Base
  • 200 g crushed biscuits (about 2 cups crushed graham crackers or tea biscuits) Use finely crushed biscuits for smoother texture; pulse in a food processor if needed.
Dry chocolate mix
  • 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder (about 1/2 cup)
Binder & fat
  • 100 g sweetened condensed milk (roughly 1/3 cup) Condensed milk gives sweetness and binding in one.
  • 50 g melted butter (about 3.5–4 tbsp / 1/4 cup)
Toppings
  • Chocolate sprinkles or shredded coconut (for rolling) For glossy finish, roll balls in melted chocolate then chill.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed biscuits and cocoa powder.
  2. Add melted butter and condensed milk to the biscuit mixture, and mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch / walnut-sized).
  4. Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles or coconut to coat.
  5. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, fold in a few tablespoons of chopped nuts or crushed pretzels. Make them smaller for bite-sized party snacks or larger for dessert portions. Stored in an airtight container, they stay fresh for 7–10 days in the refrigerator. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
