Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed biscuits and cocoa powder.
- Add melted butter and condensed milk to the biscuit mixture, and mix until well combined.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch / walnut-sized).
- Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles or coconut to coat.
- Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, fold in a few tablespoons of chopped nuts or crushed pretzels. Make them smaller for bite-sized party snacks or larger for dessert portions. Stored in an airtight container, they stay fresh for 7–10 days in the refrigerator. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
