Ingredients

Base

  • 200 g crushed biscuits (about 2 cups crushed graham crackers or tea biscuits) Use finely crushed biscuits for smoother texture; pulse in a food processor if needed.

Dry chocolate mix

  • 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder (about 1/2 cup)

Binder & fat

  • 100 g sweetened condensed milk (roughly 1/3 cup) Condensed milk gives sweetness and binding in one.
  • 50 g melted butter (about 3.5–4 tbsp / 1/4 cup)

Toppings

  • Chocolate sprinkles or shredded coconut (for rolling) For glossy finish, roll balls in melted chocolate then chill.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed biscuits and cocoa powder.
  • Add melted butter and condensed milk to the biscuit mixture, and mix until well combined.
  • Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch / walnut-sized).
  • Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles or coconut to coat.
  • Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, fold in a few tablespoons of chopped nuts or crushed pretzels. Make them smaller for bite-sized party snacks or larger for dessert portions. Stored in an airtight container, they stay fresh for 7–10 days in the refrigerator. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
