  • 1 package Cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Whipped topping Can use homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut Unsweetened coconut may be used for less sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts Adjust based on personal preference.

For the Base Layer

  • 1 package Graham cracker crumbs Crush your own or buy pre-crushed.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Can substitute with a low-calorie sweetener.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.

Assembly

  • In a 9×13 inch dish, layer some graham cracker crumbs on the bottom.
  • Spread half of the pineapple mixture over the crumbs.
  • Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs, followed by the remaining pineapple mixture.
  • Top with more graham cracker crumbs.

Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
