  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro Chopped; can be omitted if not preferred.

Preparation

  • Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Cool and peel the eggs after cooking. Run them under cold water to make peeling easier.
  • Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, jalapeños, turkey bacon, shredded cheese, cilantro, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, using a spoon or piping bag for a neat finish.
  • Garnish with additional jalapeños or cilantro if desired.
  • Serve chilled for the best flavor experience.
