Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 can crescent roll dough Use refrigerated crescent roll dough.
Cheese Mixture
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Add-Ins
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced Use fresh jalapeños for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional) Optional but adds extra flavor.
Spices
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Adjust according to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough up, starting at the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
Baking
  1. Place the filled crescent bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These crescent bites can be served with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon or substitute with crispy mushrooms.
