Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough up, starting at the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
Baking
- Place the filled crescent bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These crescent bites can be served with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon or substitute with crispy mushrooms.
