Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies), crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (reserve half for pudding layer)
Lemon Pudding Layer
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping (the remaining half)
Garnish
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add half of the whipped topping and mix until combined. Spread this mixture over the Oreo crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until thick. Then fold in the remaining whipped topping. Pour this over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest, cut into squares, and enjoy!
