Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies), crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (reserve half for pudding layer)

Lemon Pudding Layer

  • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping (the remaining half)

Garnish

  • Lemon zest for garnish

Preparation

  • Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add half of the whipped topping and mix until combined. Spread this mixture over the Oreo crust.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until thick. Then fold in the remaining whipped topping. Pour this over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with lemon zest, cut into squares, and enjoy!
