- Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.

- In another bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until thick. Then fold in the remaining whipped topping. Pour this over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
- Garnish with lemon zest, cut into squares, and enjoy!
