For the Chicken

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

  • Marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.

Notes

For the best flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. Use metal skewers to avoid soaking wooden ones. Always check for doneness; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Experiment with spices like chili flakes for added kick.
