Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, cucumber, avocado, and green onions.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs to create the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine thoroughly.
  • Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for flavors to meld.

Notes

Choose a ripe avocado to ensure creaminess. Mixing several herbs enhances the flavors. Allowing the salad to chill enhances the taste. Be cautious with seasoning to avoid overpowering flavors.
