  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (optional for tang) Adjust according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze them until solid, about 4-5 hours.
  2. Once frozen, place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth. If desired, add lime juice for extra flavor and blend again.
  4. Serve immediately as a soft sorbet or transfer to a container and freeze until firmer.
  5. Scoop or spoon into bowls, garnish, and enjoy your delicious sorbet!

Notes

Pair with fresh mint leaves, vanilla ice cream, or serve in hollowed-out watermelon halves for presentation.
