Preparation

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze them until solid, about 4-5 hours.
  • Once frozen, place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth. If desired, add lime juice for extra flavor and blend again.
  • Serve immediately as a soft sorbet or transfer to a container and freeze until firmer.
  • Scoop or spoon into bowls, garnish, and enjoy your delicious sorbet!

Notes
