- Cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze them until solid, about 4-5 hours.
- Once frozen, place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth. If desired, add lime juice for extra flavor and blend again.
- Serve immediately as a soft sorbet or transfer to a container and freeze until firmer.
