Ingredients

Tortillas
  • 6 large large flour tortillas (8-inch)
Protein
  • 8-10 slices deli turkey (about 8 oz)
Cheeses & Spreads
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss
  • 2-3 tbsp ranch dressing or cranberry sauce (choose one or mix)
Veggies
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or baby spinach
  • Optional: thinly sliced cucumber or bell pepper
Toppings & Extras
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks for securing, if desired

Method

Preparation
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread your choice of flavorful spread evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer sliced turkey, cheese, and any additional toppings such as lettuce.
  4. Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly to form a log.
  5. Slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheels.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese so spreads go on smoothly and hold fillings. Don’t overfill the tortilla to prevent splitting when rolling. Chill the rolled logs for 10–15 minutes for cleaner slices. Slice with a sharp serrated knife for neat pinwheels. For a sweet-salty twist, consider a jam spread and swap cheddar for brie.
