  • To taste Salt and pepper Adjust for personal preference.
  • Fresh parsley Optional, for color and freshness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

Marinating

  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the marinade.

Arranging for Baking

  • Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels before marinating to enhance crispiness. Make sure to coat the wings evenly for consistent flavor throughout. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup. Consider broiling the wings for the last 2-3 minutes for an extra boost of crispiness. Let the wings rest for a few minutes after baking to allow the juices to redistribute. Experiment with different mustard varieties, such as spicy brown or honey mustard, for varied flavors.
