  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables Any variety of your choice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of chicken soup Can be substituted with any cream soup
  • 1 cup Chicken broth Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 can Biscuit dough (canned) Or homemade if preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Dotted on top before baking
  • Fresh parsley (optional) Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Dot the mixture with small pieces of butter.
  • Open the biscuit can and place the biscuits on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your comforting meal!

Notes

Ensure the chicken is fully cooked and shredded for even mixing throughout the casserole. Use chilled biscuit dough for better flakiness. Adjust the vegetable mix according to your preference. Add cheese on top of the biscuits for extra flavor.
