Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped pistachios and dried fruit if using until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle sea salt over the top.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until fully set.
  • Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor and texture. Melt gently to avoid seizing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Let sit at room temperature before serving for the best texture. Dried fruit is optional and can be adjusted to taste.
