  • 1 Egg Acts as a binder for the meatballs.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used instead.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Freshly cracked pepper adds more flavor.

Sauce

  • 2 cups BBQ Sauce Your favorite brand or homemade.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  • Pour BBQ sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.

  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.

Notes
