Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Use rotisserie or leftover roasted chicken for convenience.
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped Cook until just crisp to maintain texture.
Vegetables & Aromatics
  • 5 cups broccoli florets Steam or blanch until just tender, then drain well.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Cheeses
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
Sauce & Dressing
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
Toppings
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing.
  4. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with additional cheddar and mozzarella.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  2. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, stir in 2–3 tbsp cream cheese into the filling before baking. Serve with a crisp green salad and a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
