Sauté Garlic and Shrimp
- Sauté the garlic in a hot pan with oil until fragrant and slightly golden, about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, flipping once so both sides lightly brown and finish evenly.
Steam Broccoli
- Add the broccoli to the pan and a splash of water to steam, covering briefly to soften.
- Once the broccoli is tender, stir in the creamy garlic sauce to coat ingredients evenly and warm through.
Season and Serve
- Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed before serving.
- Serve warm on plates or over rice or pasta, garnishing with lemon zest or parsley if desired.
Notes
Pat shrimp dry before cooking to promote a golden sear. Use a hot pan and moderate oil to sauté garlic quickly. Season incrementally and taste after the sauce is incorporated.
