Cooking Pasta and Steak
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned but not fully cooked.
Making the Sauce
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and minced garlic (if using) to the skillet, stirring until melted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix well, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
Combining Ingredients
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Return steak bites to the skillet; simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes or until everything is heated through.
Notes
Serve with a simple green salad, crusty garlic bread, or your favorite steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
