Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 10 ounces Canned chicken breast (drained very well)
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese Use full-fat for a creamier texture
Sauce & Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Cayenne pepper sauce Frank's Red Hot is perfect
  • 0.25 cup Shredded cheddar or cheddar blend For a melty, cheesy top
Spices & Mix-ins
  • 0.5 tablespoon Ranch seasoning Adds an herby, tangy punch
  • 0.5 tablespoon Taco seasoning Brings a smoky kick

Method
 

Preheat and prep
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Blend the base
  1. In a bowl, stir together cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning until smooth.
Add chicken and sauce
  1. Fold in the drained canned chicken and cayenne pepper sauce until evenly coated.
Assemble and top
  1. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top.
Bake and serve
  1. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and warmed through, then broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden, melty top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Adjust the cayenne pepper sauce to taste for desired heat level.
