Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 10 ounces Canned chicken breast (drained very well)
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese Use full-fat for a creamier texture

Sauce & Cheese

  • 0.25 cup Cayenne pepper sauce Frank's Red Hot is perfect
  • 0.25 cup Shredded cheddar or cheddar blend For a melty, cheesy top

Spices & Mix-ins

  • 0.5 tablespoon Ranch seasoning Adds an herby, tangy punch
  • 0.5 tablespoon Taco seasoning Brings a smoky kick

Instructions
 

Preheat and prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

Blend the base

  • In a bowl, stir together cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning until smooth.

Add chicken and sauce

  • Fold in the drained canned chicken and cayenne pepper sauce until evenly coated.

Assemble and top

  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top.

Bake and serve

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and warmed through, then broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden, melty top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Adjust the cayenne pepper sauce to taste for desired heat level.
