Dressing and Seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced deli meats, cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
  • Add the cooled pasta to the bowl.
  • Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh basil if desired.

Notes

For best results, use freshly cooked pasta. Ensure to chill the salad to allow flavors to meld. This pasta salad is perfect for meal prep and can be made a day in advance.
