Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Dice the chicken and potatoes into 1-inch chunks and cut the broccoli into small florets.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together the chicken, potatoes, broccoli, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Baking
- Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and transfer the mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
