  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can use part-skim for a lighter option.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Reduce slightly for a lighter version.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
