Preparation
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz Kahlua and 2 oz Tequila Rose.
- Add 1 oz heavy cream to the shaker.
- Shake well until the shaker feels cold and the mix is chilled.
- Strain into a chilled glass (rocks or coupe works great).
- Garnish with maraschino cherries on top.

Notes
Serve after dinner with dark chocolate or rich chocolate lava cake. For a lighter pairing, try fresh berries and shortbread cookies. Shake hard for a better texture and serve in a chilled glass to prevent dilution.
