Liquor
  • 2 oz Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
  • 2 oz Tequila Rose (strawberry cream liqueur)
Dairy
  • 1 oz heavy cream Use fresh and cold for a silkier texture.
Ice & Garnish
  • Ice (enough to fill a shaker)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in 2 oz Kahlua and 2 oz Tequila Rose.
  3. Add 1 oz heavy cream to the shaker.
  4. Shake well until the shaker feels cold and the mix is chilled.
  5. Strain into a chilled glass (rocks or coupe works great).
  6. Garnish with maraschino cherries on top.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your indulgent cocktail!

Notes

Serve after dinner with dark chocolate or rich chocolate lava cake. For a lighter pairing, try fresh berries and shortbread cookies. Shake hard for a better texture and serve in a chilled glass to prevent dilution.
