For the cheesecake filling

  • 1 cup Sugar Can reduce to 3/4 cup for a less sweet dessert.
  • 3 packages (8 oz) Cream cheese, softened Full-fat cream cheese gives the best texture.
  • 3 large Eggs Room temperature eggs blend better.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Use pure vanilla for richer flavor.
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce Homemade or store-bought works fine.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and use a knife to swirl it into the cheesecake batter.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature and bake with a water bath to prevent cracks. Refrigerate overnight for optimal flavor and texture.
