Ingredients

Base
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk This provides the creamy base for the fudge.
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips Ensure they are good quality for best flavor.
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs, chopped Chop finely to ensure even distribution in the fudge.
Flavoring & Salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds depth to the chocolate flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances sweetness and flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped Cadbury mini eggs so they are evenly distributed but not crushed completely.
Setting
  1. Pour the mixture into a lined square baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm to the touch.
  3. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and serve chilled.

Notes

Use low to medium heat to ensure the chocolate melts smoothly. Stir constantly to prevent a grainy texture. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
