- In a saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped Cadbury mini eggs so they are evenly distributed but not crushed completely.
Setting
- Pour the mixture into a lined square baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm to the touch.
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and serve chilled.
Notes
Use low to medium heat to ensure the chocolate melts smoothly. Stir constantly to prevent a grainy texture. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
