Ingredients

Fruit
  • 1 pound seedless grapes (red, green, or a mix) Use firm, ripe grapes for best texture.
Alcohol
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup dry white wine or vodka Adjust to taste.
Sweetener & Acid
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the grapes. Rinse grapes under cold water, remove stems, and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Measure the alcohol, sugar, and lemon. Pour wine or vodka into a medium bowl, then add sugar and lemon juice and stir until sugar begins to dissolve.
  3. Combine the liquid and grapes. Add the dried grapes into the bowl and toss gently so each grape gets coated.
  4. Refrigerate for infusion. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy! Spoon the grapes into a chilled bowl and serve immediately, keeping them cold until ready to eat.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days for best texture. For best results, chill serving bowls ahead of time and serve cold, especially in warm weather.
