- Wash and dry the grapes. Rinse grapes under cold water, remove stems, and pat dry with paper towels.
- Measure the alcohol, sugar, and lemon. Pour wine or vodka into a medium bowl, then add sugar and lemon juice and stir until sugar begins to dissolve.
- Combine the liquid and grapes. Add the dried grapes into the bowl and toss gently so each grape gets coated.
- Refrigerate for infusion. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy! Spoon the grapes into a chilled bowl and serve immediately, keeping them cold until ready to eat.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days for best texture. For best results, chill serving bowls ahead of time and serve cold, especially in warm weather.
