Ingredients

For the mousse

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream Use fresh, high-fat heavy cream for the best texture.
  • 1 cup Biscoff Spread This sweet caramelized cookie butter adds unique flavor.

For the garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Extra Biscoff Spread Drizzle on top for added taste.
  • 2 cookies Biscoff Cookies Crumble these on top for extra crunch.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Chill your mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for about 10 minutes to help achieve better whipping for the heavy cream.
  • Remove the mixing bowl from the freezer and pour in the heavy cream. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the Biscoff spread into the whipped cream using a spatula to avoid deflating the whipped cream. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mousse into serving bowls or jars, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Before serving, crumble 2 Biscoff cookies for the topping and drizzle extra Biscoff spread over the mousse for added flavor.
  • Remove the mousse from the refrigerator, add the toppings, and enjoy this decadent treat.

Notes

Chef Tips: Use a metal or glass bowl for whipping the cream for better results. Ensure cream is fresh, as older cream may not whip well. Consider adding a pinch of cream of tartar for extra stability. Make sure Biscoff spread is at room temperature for easier mixing.
