Preparation

  • Slice the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness as needed by adding more sweetener if desired.
  • If you want a chocolate flavor, mix in cocoa powder; for mint chocolate chip, add peppermint extract.
  • Transfer the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
